Mission:

The Island Food Pantry provides emegency food needs on Martha's Vineyard.

Distribution on Mon.,Wed. and Fri. from 2-4pm mid Oct.-mid April and emergency needs year round.

Major Programs:

With 50 volunteers and the support of many Vineyard businesses, organizations and individualsis the Island Food Pantry assited 350 families in FY2006. This represents 720 people including at least 190 children.

In addition, Granola bars were provided to elementary schools for breakfast supplements.
