The Safe Haven Project

In addition, Safe Haven hosts annual camp experience on Martha’s Vineyard and in Maryland for these children. Teens from across the US volunteer their time as counselors and this outreach is fostering an exciting interest in service by these young people. Safe Haven also hosts “SPEAKOUT” a traveling speaking presentation for schools and conferences in which information on HIV, AIDS, prevention and service are incorporated into a well rounded approach to the pandemic. There is no cost for children to be involved with Safe Haven. All funds are raised at the grass roots level and are applied to direct service.
