Mission:
Hospice of Martha’s Vineyard is a free, community supported program whose mission is to meet the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all who are facing advanced illness and loss, and to give them hope, comfort, and compassion.


Major Programs:
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing care for families whose loved one faces serious illness, including counseling spiritual, and volunteer support.

Hospice of Martha's Vineyard Center for Loss and Renewal. A program offering grief and bereavement support to all in our community who have suffered loss. We offer individual counseling as well as group and crisis counseling.
