Mission:
MVC’s core message is
that all children, including children of poverty, child laborers,
slaves, exploited and abused children have a right to safety, physical
and mental health, an education, and a life of dignity. Their
futures depend on the implementation of policy already agreed upon by
governments across the globe which have been sadly ignored. The mission
of MVC is to make children's issues a part of the
public dialogue.
Major Programs:
Media Voices For Children is an online News Agency for Children's Rights. It is a unique website where stakeholders who work on children's issues can share their organization's campaigns and work with each other. In less than a year the site has evolved into an online community with over 100 organizations joined by activists,journalists,filmmakers, photographers, educators and the public who
contribute media, information, opinion and news.
