| What we doMartha's Vineyard Nonprofit Collaborative (MVNC) works to strengthen the island's nonprofits by providing advocacy, capacity building programs, and essential resources to support their vital work to sustain the Vineyard that we love. The Institute for Nonprofit PracticeINP's Core Certificate Program equips nonprofit executives and senior leaders with the skills, strategies, confidence, and networks they need to ensure organizational excellence and drive social change. To date the program has graduated 28 nonprofit leaders from Martha's Vineyard with a certificate in Social Impact Management and Leadership. Applications open for the 2021/2022 session now! Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I)MVNC presents a series of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion anti-bias educational programs that aim to engage the Island community in productive conversations on racial attitude awareness, privilege, bias, institutional racism, and micro-inequities.
